Auto-DCR is the unique and innovative way of automatic scrutiny of building proposal by reading CAD drawings. It is the software to automate the lengthy and cumbersome manual process of checking the development regulations. The system read CAD drawings and produces scrutiny reports in a few minutes, mapping all the development control rules or Master Plans of the Authority to the drawings. This system reduces the paper work, valuable time and effort for architects as well as the authorities. It also helps in standardizing the building drawing plan process.   

       BPAMS is the atomization of the process, followed for approval of architectural plans. It is an application customized for efficient management and approval of the drawings. It helps in attaining standardization and hence transparency in the total process of building permission. The complete building plan approval management system will be a web-based system where architects submit the plans and basic data either on internet or will put them on a CD. The CD together with physical documents will be brought to the section at the Corporation

          Building plan approval procedure defined through AutoDCR is highly process-oriented and the progress of the file movement can be seen by department officials, architects, and citizens at any point of time from anywhere. Every process has a fixed accountability with time limit.  It could be seen at any point of time as to why the proposals are delayed, if any, the reason thereof and person responsible. Issues, if any, are also stated by the system.
