Kerala Sustainable Urban Development Project (KSUDP) is a ADB assisted Project. It covers five municipal corporations in Kerala: Kochi, Kollam, Kozhikode, Thiruvananthapuram and Thrissur. KSUDP was initiated by Government of Kerala with financial support from Asian Development Bank

  • Improve and expand urban infrastructure and services
  • Improve urban management, planning, and financing capacity of sector

    institutions especially ULBs for sustainable provision of   urban infrastructure

  • Livelihood promotion and income generation capacity for poor

Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JnNURM)

Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JnNURM), formulated by Government of India in 2005, aims to encourage cities to initiate steps to bring about improvement in the existing service levels in a financially sustainable manner.
